C WRITE

Joaquín Cortés is a dancer. He was born in Córdoba 1969. He moved to Madrid in 1981 and to New York in 1999. He studied dance when he was 12 years old and started in the Spanish National Ballet when he was fifteen years old. His most famous shows are Pasion Gitana, Soul, Live. His caracteristics are explosive, original and athletic.

Imagine that you took the photo. Write a story with the title A Brave Rescue. 

B THINK A PLAN:

1. Where were you and when did the rescue happen?

The rescue happened while I was in a forest with my horse. 

2. What were you doing when the rescue happened?

We were walking next to the farms.

 

3. What happened to the person on the stretcher? 

They didn't could not leave the farm that was burning.

4. How did the rescuers know about this situation?

I knew how to come to rescue them. 

5. Why was the situation dangerous? 

Because the farm was burning

6. How did the situation end?

The firemans were able to get peole.  

C WRITE

The rescue happened while I was in a forest with my horse. I was with my horse in a forest. We were walking next to the farms. It was four and two of this burning. There were four people in to the first farm. The fireman didn't know for enter and rescue the people but me knowed how enter, people were very nervous and fire and i thank all who knew secret passages of the factory when we were inside, we put the stretcher and we got out in time, before the factory exploded.

FESTA MAJOR

 On Friday afternoon I went to the fun fair with my friends of the other school, it was really funny! On Saturday, I went to the fun fair with my friend of hipica, judith, is a nice friend, and I love her. On Sunday, I went tot the fun fair with Elena, Marta and Esther, and then with the other girls of the class and i went to the "BOOMBER". And on Monday I went to Paula's house. I had lunch with her and then we looked at the fireworks.

THINK A PLAN:

1. What sort of house is it? Old. Where is it? Near the forest.
2. What rooms has it got? Four bedrooms, two bathrooms a kitchen and a living room.
3. Where is everyone at the moment? My friends of hipica, my riding teacher and my other friends.
4. What's your favourite room? My bedroom.
5. Why do you like it? Because it's the best room with the best views.

WRITING:

My ideal home is an old house near the forest. It's quite and very big and it's got everything. It's got fours bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. The living room has got a nice balcony and you can see the mountains.
On my ideal afternoon in my ideal home we're all here. My riding teacher, my friends of hipica and my other friends. My friends are making lunch. In the living room with the other people. I've got a lot of news computers and a lot of TV's.
My favourite room is the bedroom. It's got a big bed and a really modern computer and TV. 
I like this room because it's the best room with the best views.

Bojan Krkíc's full name is Bojan Krkíc i Pérez. He was born in 28th August 1990 in Linyola, el Pla d'Urgell. He's slim and he's got short brown hair and blue-green eyes. Discovered that he was good when he was 4 years old. He play in FCB ( Futbol Club Barcelona ). He played for "Futbol base player barça in 1999-2006 and later in the FCB ( Futbol Club Barcelona ). He scored 112 ( 27 ) goals. He won "El triplet ( Copa-Lliga-Champions ) with the FCB. Is the youngest Barça ( FCB ).

THE POLAR BEAR

The animal in this photo is a polar bear. 
Adult polar bears are 750 kilos. They can swim more than 150 kilometres.
Polar bears live in the Arctic, Canada, Russia, Greenland and Norway. They live and hunt on the ice. 
Females have two cubs every four or five years. 
Polar bears usually eat seals. 
Pollution is a problem, especially oil.
Humans hunt polar bears in some areas.

The Artic ice is smaller because the climate is changing.

MY SCHOOL

Hello! I'm very happy that you're coming. Here's some information about my timetable and my school.
School starts at 9 because on Fridays it starts at 8:30 and there are six hours except Tuesdays. All subjects are compulsory. I like P.E and Science. I usually have lunch at home because my friend eat fruit, vegetables, meat...at school. You can't buy food.

GIRONA

Girona is a city in northeastern Catalonia. It has 96,188 inhabitants. It is not a city with a lot of tourism. I like Girona because is small friendly place. It is a good place to walk too. My favourite places arte the cathedral and the shops. Also is it very typical to go touch the butt of the lioness! There are 21 km from Girona to Banyoles.

NATIONALY AND LANGUAGE REPORT

In my class there are thirty-two students from four diferent countries. There are people from Catalonia, Morocco, Russia and India. At school we have English classes theree times a week. Catalan and Spanish are also subjects here. People in my class speak Catalan,Spanish and Moroccan. My level of English is OK. My vocabulary is okay, but I want to improve my speech. I think reading and watching movies with English subtitles is good practise.

 CHRISTMAS DAY!

Every year there's a big celebration in the world. It's called the Christmas day. The christmas day. The christmas day is in December and it's a celebration of the winter. On christmas day we do the " caga tio " and eat a very big lunch. I like the christmas day because it is a family celebration and the food is great. I love eating and music. I also like peparing the costumes.

SUMMER HOLIDAYS! 

Hello, my name's Laia. Today I'm talking about my summer holidays. On my summer holidays went to Aigüestortes Nacional Park. My father rent a camper and me and my family stay at Voraparc. That is a beautiful camping with a big swimming pool near a waterfall. Then return to my family apartment at l'Estartit were I spent a lot of time at Mas Paguina with my horse Mini Mouse and finaly I return to my house. Thank you!
