3. Tony is very disappointed. Why? Because he can be in the club football team.
What's his problem and how can he solve it? He need more exercise and eat properly.
4. Go to Food and Fuel and find out where the body gets its fuel from.
The body gets the fuel for the nutrients and nutrients are in food and drinks.
5. Now that you know where the fuel comes from, draw a food pyramid in which we can distinguish the five food groups and the correct proportions we should eat.

My diet in general is good. I eat some fruit, I don't like vegetables, but I eat it.
1. YOU CAN FIND A HEALTHY RECIPE?
Ingredients
- 350g/12oz penne, rigatoni or other similar shaped pasta
- 8-10 large sprigs of mint, leaves removed, and chopped/torn if large
- 150g/5oz frozen peas
- 200g/7oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 50g/2oz bag of rocket leaves
- 1 lemon, grated zest and juice
- flaked sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- extra virgin olive oil
- 20-30 good-quality marinated green olives, pitted
